Job Description

Mission

We’re looking for a Studio Lead who combines the structure of a producer with the instincts of a brand-savy creative director. You’ll be the link between marketing strategy and creative execution: turning campaign ideas into clear, actionable briefs, helping craft strong messages before pixels, and ensuring the studio delivers high-quality, on-brand assets — fast and effectively.

You will also directly manage the creative team (video, design) and be accountable for their output quality, professional development, and workload balance. You are the single point of entry for all creative requests across the marketing organization.

You are not a designer. But you understand what makes a message click, what makes a layout work, and what a creative team needs to do their best work.

Your Responsibilities

1. Creative Team Management

  • Manage and develop a team of 3 creatives: Global Video Manager, Junior Filmmaker, Brand Designer.

  • Balance workloads across the team and manage capacity planning (including freelancer activation when needed).

  • Foster a culture of creative excellence, constructive feedback, and continuous improvement.

2. Creative Brief & Messaging Partner

  • Translate campaign goals into message-first creative briefs that are clear, short, and sharp.

  • Partner with Demand Gen and Campaign Managers to craft headlines, hooks, CTAs, and angles — especially for ads, landing pages, and social.

  • Be the guardian of the brief: refuse vague requests, push for clarity, sharpen objectives, and identify key stakeholders for each project (RACI).

  • Understand the product and its value proposition to craft accurate and impactful assets.

3. Creative Production & Planning

  • Own the studio project pipeline: from request to delivery across brand design, video, and motion — with clear prioritization within a fast-moving context.

  • Plan creative sprints with internal and freelance talents, managing deadlines and priorities.

  • Track progress, unblock issues, and ensure nothing falls through the cracks.

  • Oversee content hosting on platforms such as YouTube and the company website.

  • Be the single point of contact for quarterly campaign asset production, working closely with the Head of Comms to align creative output with the campaign narrative.

4. Studio Workflow Optimization

  • Improve and formalize creative workflows (briefing, reviews, feedback loops, versioning).

  • Implement tools and rituals (e.g. sprint board, retro, async reviews) that make the team faster and happier.

  • Manage multi-locale delivery with an efficient production process (FR, DE, IT, EN, ES).

  • Organize and maintain a creative asset database to share with other teams.

5. Asset Quality & Brand Consistency

  • Review creative output for clarity, relevance, and consistency with brand tone and visuals.

  • Provide first-line QA: is the message sharp? Is the CTA strong? Does it reflect Agicap’s positioning?

  • Ensure all assets produced during quarterly campaigns are on-brand and on-message.

6. Internal Collaboration & Stakeholder Management

  • Be the main point of contact between all marketing teams and the studio.

  • Help prioritize tasks when everything is urgent — with clear escalation paths to the Head of Comms.

  • Educate internal teams on how to work with the studio and how to write better creative requests.

Preferred Experience

  • 3–5+ years of experience in a creative operations, brand production, or studio management role (agency or in-house).

  • Prior people management experience: you have directly managed at least 2–3 creatives (designers, video producers, or similar).

  • Strong passion for brand marketing, including brand design, video, and communication.

  • Excellent writing and editing skills: you know how to write a headline, not just manage a process.

  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and adept at multitasking — you bring structure to chaos.

  • Deep understanding of creative workflows (especially in B2B SaaS or brand/campaign teams).

  • Eager to implement AI tools and workflows.

  • Confidence to push back, challenge, and say no to bad briefs.

  • Proficiency in tools like Asana, Notion, Google Suite, Adobe Suite.

  • Figma proficiency.

  • English fluent; French preferred.

What we offer:

  • Competitive compensation based on your profile and experience

  • 2 days of remote work per week (after the probation period)

  • A dedicated, personalized onboarding program

  • Company health insurance (Alan)

  • 100% reimbursement for public transportation passes

  • Swile meal vouchers worth €11 (60% covered)

  • New 1,000 m² offices with a rooftop terrace in Vaise (Lyon) / offices near Saint-Lazare for Paris-based employees

  • An empowering, learning-oriented environment with a high degree of autonomy

  • A passionate work atmosphere with a true team spirit to help Agicap take off in France and internationally
