Lemonway est un Établissement de Paiement pan-européen qui propose une solution dédiée aux marketplaces B2B, B2C, C2C et aux plateformes de finance alternative à la recherche d’un système de traitement des paiements et de collecte pour le compte de tiers dans un cadre sécurisé et règlementé (KYC, lutte antifraude).

Régulée par l’ACPR et bénéficiant du passeport Européen dans 29 pays. Lemonway est basée à Paris et Hambourg.
Depuis sa co-création en 2007 par Antoine Orsini, la société Fintech emploie plus de 130 personnes et rassemble plus de 20 nationalités. Parallèlement, Damien Guermonprez co-dirige l’établissement de paiement depuis 5 ans.

En 2018, Lemonway connaît une première levée de fonds de 10 millions d’euros avec Breega Capital et Speedinvest. Un an plus tard, en 2019, le fonds d’investissement ToscaFund Asset Management permet une accélération de la croissance de l'entreprise en apportant à son tour 40 millions d’euros.

En 2023, Lemonway double ses revenus et atteint son seuil de rentabilité. SNCF, Décathlon, Eiffage, Drouot ou ESF comptent parmi ses clients.

Key Responsibilities 

  • Lead projects to optimize commercial & marketing operations and revenue planning: driving key strategic and efficiency projects across the entire commercial & marketing cycle and processes

  • Drive pan-European projects end to end, across strategy setting, organizational changes, efficiency and process optimization topics

  • Conduct market research on key verticals, competitors, and products, with emphasis on new insights generation and evolving trends

  • Analyze internal data and benchmark against competitors, identifying growth opportunities

  • Conduct ongoing market assessments, databook compilation, monthly department updates

  • Perform administrative processes such as issuing reports & KPI, compute customer score

  • Collaborate across departments and provide business support to Product, Data, Engineering, Finance, and Legal

Requirements:

Qualifications

  • Native language proficiency in French, fluent in English

  • A bachelor's degree in Engineering or Business preferred

  • Experience or knowledge of the fintech industry preferred

  • Good time management skills

  • A data-driven, detail-oriented and a very structured thinking

  • Ability to communicate effectively with all the stakeholders and enjoyment for taking ownership

  • A passion for building new processes and challenging the status quo

  • A curious mindset on industry trends (AI etc.)
