About the Data Team

Ramify's data team occupies a central position within the company. Its role is to supply the group's various entities with usable, high-quality data, in order to provide maximum insight into investment strategies, while ensuring an optimal customer experience at all times.

Descriptif du poste

As a Data Labeler, you will:

  • Be owner of the data reliability across multiples sources

    • Manage and monitor incoming data flows
    • Ensure data completeness, consistency, and alignment with expected formats
    • Identify issues early and coordinate with internal teams or partners to resolve them
  • Ensure consistency and a high level of quality

    • Review and validate partner data using existing automated data quality checks
    • Investigate anomalies, inconsistencies, or edge cases
    • Decide when data should be corrected, rejected, or escalated
  • Contribute to the reinforcement of automatic data quality rules

    • Propose enhancements to automated quality control rules
    • Identify recurring issues and structural weaknesses
    • Help make data more robust, scalable, and reliable over time

Profil recherché

We're looking for people who:

  • Want to make a difference. We are a small team effectively reshaping how people look at the industry. We need people who 'get it' and want to play an integral part in helping us accomplish this mission and are persistent in getting the job done.

  • Possess curiosity and energy for finance and investing. You understand the base mechanics of wealth management and trading, and, more importantly, can communicate these concepts.

  • Understands that any investment decision requires data of impeccable quality. You are aware of the potential technical limitations that may be imposed by certain choices in the design and management of input data, but you defend your decisions so that data consistency prevails, while remaining flexible.

Skills we're looking for:

  • Prior experience of data labeling or equivalent in data administration positions.

  • Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

  • Extreme attention to detail.

  • Capacity to work independently as well as collaboratively within a collegial, interdisciplinary team.

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
