Descriptif du poste

The Quantitative Investment Strategy (QIS) Team at Ramify is at the forefront of transforming wealth management through innovative, data-driven solutions. As we expand our private assets offering — across private equity, private debt, real estate, infrastructure, and deal-by-deal opportunities — we are looking for an Investment Analyst — Private Markets to join our team and take full ownership of this vertical from day one.

You will work closely with our Head of Research and be the go-to person for everything private markets at Ramify — sourcing, analyzing, selecting, and integrating private market opportunities into our client recommendations. This is a high-ownership role where you will build and shape the private assets vertical with a high degree of autonomy.

Join Ramify's QIS Team as a full-time Investment Analyst — Private Markets in our Paris office (hybrid/remote options available) and help shape the future of private market investing for modern investors.

In this role, you will:

  • Co-manage with our Investment team the multi-asset fund of funds, contributing to portfolio construction, fund selection, ongoing monitoring, and performance reporting

  • Own the private assets vertical end-to-end — from sourcing to integration into client recommendations

  • Lead the sourcing, due diligence, and selection of private market funds and deal-by-deal opportunities — covering private equity, private debt, real estate, and infrastructure

  • Develop, improve and maintain a rigorous analytical framework to evaluate fund managers, track records, fee structures, and portfolio fit

  • Integrate selected investments into Ramify's client recommendations

  • Monitor existing private assets positions and produce clear, actionable performance reports

  • Work closely with our Client Portfolio Managers (CPM) to ensure they can effectively present and sell private market solutions to clients

  • Support ad hoc analytical requests from other teams, including product development and client success

Profil recherché

  • Wants to make a difference. Private markets are undergoing a major democratization, and Ramify is at the forefront of this shift. We need someone who understands the opportunity and wants to play an integral role in making it happen.

  • Has a genuine passion for private markets — you understand the mechanics of private equity, private debt, and real assets, and you know how to explain these concepts simply to non-specialist audiences.

  • Is rigorous and autonomous. Due diligence is your core skill — you know how to dig deep, ask the right questions, and form an independent view.

  • Thrives in a high-ownership environment. You don't wait to be told what to do — you identify what needs to be done and you do it.

  • Embraces technology and the role it plays in modern asset management.

Skills we're looking for:

  • 1 to 3 years of full-time experience in private equity, private debt, fund of funds, or a related private markets role

  • Master's degree in Finance, Economics, Business, Applied Mathematics, Engineering, or a related field

  • Strong analytical skills and experience building financial models and conducting fund due diligence

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills — you can write a clear investment memo and present your views confidently

  • Bilingualism (French/English) required — you will interact with both French and international fund managers

  • Good attention to detail and strong organizational skills

Nice-to-haves:

  • Experience working with a wealth management platform or a multi-asset fund

  • Familiarity with ELTIF structures and European private markets regulation

  • Some experience or interest in quantitative approaches to portfolio construction
