As an Operations Executive – Italian Market, you will play a key role in driving the performance of our Italian operations, based at our Barcelona office :
Reporting to the Head of Operations Spain/Italy, you will ensure that the production teams have the right tools, information, and structure to operate efficiently and hit their targets. Acting as the central point of contact, you’ll coordinate with internal stakeholders (Production, WFM, Quality, Sales Ops) as well as non-operational teams (CRM, Partnerships, PPC) to deliver top-level operational performance.
Your responsibilities will include:
1. Campaign management:
- Analyses & monitor daily the key results of the business : transformation, productivity, quality, growth margin ;
- Defines a clear and detailed roadmap to leverage each KPIs properly and ensures the follow-up of the actions ;
- Provides regular feedback towards the different stakeholders : weekly & monthly performance reviews, internal & external communication on a regular basis about results and ongoing projects ;
- Analyses and explains gaps versus KPIs forecasted & targets ;
- Sets up the annual budget in terms of turnover, margin and production localisation.
2. Production oversight:
- Shares long and mid term objectives within the production team (Director of Production, Floor Managers) ;
- Controls the volume of leads received vs. forecasted and ensures with the planification team that resources allocated to the campaigns are optimized ;
- Ensures the production has the necessary means, tools and information to perform efficiently and alert production top management when gap are identified ;
- Collaborates with the Quality & Training team to monitor the quality delivered on the campaigns ;
- Challenges processes and liaises with the Sales Ops Department to increase production efficiency ;
- Shares best practices with the Floor Managers on all sites to reach and over performed objectives ;
- Creates challenge in accordance with the Production Team.
3. Team coordination :
- Sets up weekly meetings with production to cover all areas : operational performance, forecast results, HR performance (TO - TA) of the campaign ;
- Liaises and coordinate all teams for new set-up : products, providers, process, speech ;
- Communicates regularly with the CRM & Key Account Management Team to increase leads quality and get customer feedbacks.
Your profile :
- You graduated from a top-tier business or engineering school ;
- You have previous experience in an operations-related environment (a plus) ;
- You enjoy being on the floor and leading by example doesn’t scare you ;
- You have a strong commercial mindset and love sharing sales best practices ;
- You’re autonomous, a fast learner, enthusiastic, and a true team player ;
- You have strong analytical skills (Excel, SQL) ;
- You are fluent in Italian and English
