Job Description

This year marks 10 years since we launched the idea that it is possible to simplify our customers' lives by offering an innovative solution that allows them to easily subscribe to, manage, and switch all types of contracts via a unique and intuitive platform.

In the meantime, we have supported more than 1.5 million customers in France, Spain, and Italy, while investing in new verticals, positioning ourselves as a highly efficient, innovative, and competitive scale-up in a rapidly growing market.

With over 900 employees spread across 3 locations, we are consolidating our position as a market leader in Europe. We are always on the lookout for talent ready to join a dedicated and motivated team driven by a meaningful project. Working with us means embracing a culture of excellence, innovation, and real impact.

We’re a tight-knit group of driven individuals who believe in learning by doing and fostering continuous growth.

As part of the FR Operations Management team, your mission is to distill a vision for operations that aligns with the company’s business plan, and develop a resilient system performing at its maximal potential.
We thrive on open, honest feedback, because we see mistakes as stepping stones to innovation. Within our team, every project is a chance to refine our processes and deliver outstanding results.

If you flourish in an environment where collaboration, ownership, and continuous improvement are at the forefront, you’ll fit right in here.

Your Key Responsibilities :

Lead and Execute:
Take ownership of projects from concept to completion, ensuring timely and high-quality deliverables.

Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Work closely with stakeholders—product, data, sales teams, other operations teams, and others—to align efforts and maximize impact.

Innovate and Iterate: Proactively seek improvements, test new ideas, and share learnings to help the team evolve.

Mentor and Learn: Provide constructive feedback to peers, embrace growth opportunities, and encourage a culture of continuous development.

Embody: You will own the entire performance of a specific business line – from driving sales and upholding quality to boosting customer satisfaction and fostering sustainable growth.

Your manager :

You’ll work under the guidance of the B2B2C Operations Lead, Quentin, and the FR Head of Operations, Jacques, who will provide oversight and support as you drive meaningful outcomes in your role.

What We’re Looking For :

  • Experience: You have a minimum of 1 year of experience in operations, project management, consulting, or a related field, where you've developed strong problem-solving skills and the ability to drive impact.
  • Growth & Resilience: You see challenges as opportunities, bounce back from setbacks stronger, and embrace continuous learning.
  • Action-Oriented: You transform ideas into tangible outcomes and consistently meet (or beat) deadlines.
  • Team Player: You thrive in a collaborative environment, value diverse perspectives, and contribute positively to team dynamics.
  • First Principles Mindset: You break down problems to their root causes, seeking truth without compromise, avoiding bias or external influence.
  • Analytical: You leverage data to monitor performance, assess priorities, and weigh pros and cons of potential projects.
  • Commitment: You understand that operational excellence requires flexibility, reliability, and a hands-on mindset.
  • Fluency in English is essential. Although we often speak French in person, all our internal communications and Slack conversations happen in English.

Why You’ll Love Working Here :

  • Culture of Learning: We invest in professional development and encourage knowledge-sharing.
  • Supportive Environment: We celebrate wins—big and small—and treat missteps as vital learning points.
  • Impactful Projects: Your contributions will shape our operations and drive the future of the company.
  • Polyvalence: Work with different teams, departments & nationalities (Data, Marketing, Sales,...)
  • Mastering Tools :
    • Analytical: SQL, Gsheet, DataStudio
