You have 7+ years of experience in accounting / financial audit (start-up experience is a plus, but not necessary). Additionally, you must have prior experience in a management role.
You have already worked in an international environment, overseeing branches and subsidiaries (experience with UK is a plus).
You're rigorous and organized: your approach is meticulous, with a keen attention to detail in all aspects of your work.
You’re autonomous and proactive: you know how to manage your priorities and are able to adapt to changing conditions.
You embrace challenges: you're enthusiastic about tackling complex tasks and thrive in dynamic, fast-paced environments.
You’re tech-savvy: you're already proficient or willing to become proficient with modern accounting tools. You like technology and automation.
You have advanced Excel and Google Suite skills: you're adept at using these tools to manipulate data and create detailed reports.
