Our mission

Banking belongs in business software

Many software companies already serve small businesses incredibly well: helping them send invoices, run payroll, manage inventory, and more. They’re on a mission to become the central hub for managing every aspect of business life.

But when it comes to financial workflows, there’s still a gap. Too many critical tasks like managing cash flow, tracking payments, or reconciling accounts happen outside the software, across spreadsheets, email threads, banking portals.

It’s a missed opportunity. Business software shouldn’t just record financial activity — it should run it.

Job Description

We are seeking a driven and accomplished Strategy Project Manager to join our Strategy team. Reporting to our VP Strategy, you will produce strategic input that shapes Swan's direction and drive the company's top-priority cross-functional initiatives from framing to execution.

Your role

Transversal Program management

Drive transformation projects and cross-team strategic initiatives identified as company top priorities, in line with Company’s strategic planning (OKRs).

  • Own end-to-end cross-functional projects across multiple teams (Product, Risk, Ops, Data, etc.)

  • Drive roadmaps for the workstreams you are responsible for; maintain a rigorous execution cadence

  • Facilitate collaboration, clarify ownership, and remove blockers throughout the project lifecycle

  • Define clear success indicators and track real impact delivered

  • Foster a strong culture of ownership, discipline, and respect for timelines.

Strategic analysis & recommendations

Cover a wide range of topics depending on company priorities — market studies, competitive intelligence, internal diagnostics, business cases, growth opportunities…

  • Work closely with Product & Business leaders to clarify issues, align priorities with business opportunities and help drive decisions for roadmap direction

  • Gather strategic insights from diverse sources, quantitative and qualitative data; surface key insights and raise them proactively

  • Turn complex topics into clear, actionable concepts; deliver sharp analyses and decision-ready recommendations

Preferred Experience

You’re a great match if:

  • Education: you graduated with a Master from a top-tier Business or Engineering school

  • Background: you have 3–6 years in consulting and/or a cross-functional strategy role in a scale-up (fintech or regulated financial services experience is a plus)

  • Project management: you have a strong track record managing strategic, cross-functional projects and juggling multiple priorities efficiently

  • Stakeholder management: you have strong communication skills; you rally people, drive alignment, and influence without authority

  • Adaptability: you jump fluidly between strategic and operational topics, deep-dive into new subjects quickly, and stay effective in fast-paced environments

  • Results-driven mindset: you work with high standards, pragmatism, autonomy, and execution speed

  • Analytical rigor: you navigate complex data and challenging briefs, then turn them into clear plans and sharp documents

  • Languages: you are fluent in both French and English

  • Our ideal teammate: Empathetic. Skilled. Frank. We love to challenge each other, and we leave our egos at the door.

It’s okay if you don’t tick all the boxes — don’t let imposter syndrome prevent you from applying! 🙌
