About the role
An exciting opportunity has opened up at Trustpair and we're searching for our a Content Marketing Apprentice!
As part of our global marketing team you will be mentored by and report to Clementine, our Senior Content Marketer, to help accelerate our global content strategy online and offline. Through scaling our content production and promotion, you'll help to increase our lead generation effort and impact, contributing towards the company's growth.
You'll also have many interactions with the rest of our marketing team (SEO Consultant, Event Manager & Marketing Designer), as well as our CSM, SDR and People teams on diverse topics such as business cases and employer branding.
This role is for a 1 or 2 year apprenticeship only. Candidates must be based in Paris.
What you'll do:
Co-create & execute the content strategy
Take over blog article production: collaborate with freelancers & SEO consultant, create briefs, proofread, etc.
Participate in creating "Big Pieces" (white paper, e-books, etc): project management, design briefs, copywriting, etc.
Participate in webinar content creation: partner briefing, script copywriting, slide review, coordination with event manager, etc.
Collaborate on snack content creation (video format): find themes, interviewees, lead design briefs and interviews, etc.
Collaborate on various content: business cases, sales enablement material, etc.
Content distribution
Take over social media management: handle weekly postings, create content calendar, design briefs, coordinate stakeholders, etc.
Collaborate on newsletter strategy: brainstorm themes, editorial lines, participate in targeting, etc.
Collaborate on website optimizations & content distribution on website (pop-ups, landing pages, etc)
Find innovative ways & test them to distribute content: forums, communities, etc.

Prior experience in digital marketing
You enjoy writing and have good copywriting skills
Experience in leveraging various types of marketing campaigns
Strong organisational skills and ability to respect and meet deadlines
You're creative, innovative and think outside the box
Good knowledge of social media, audiences, and community-building strategies
