Job Description
Trustpair empowers large global companies to eliminate vendor payment fraud with a market leading account validation automation platform. Trustpair serves over 400 enterprise customers, helping finance teams protect against 100% of fraud attacks.
The company’s global presence includes offices in Europe & the US. Our team is composed of 100+ employees with 19 different nationalities who are dedicated to payment security. Trustpair raised 20 million euros to accelerate international growth, and equip finance leaders with the tools needed to tackle sophisticated fraud tactics such as AI, deepfakes, cyber attacks, and more.
About the role
To support our steady growth, Trustpair is looking for an ambitious Sales Development Representative (SDR) to assist in growing our customer base in the UK market. Your mission will be to generate leads from identified strategic accounts. As the owner of the lead generation process, you will be in charge of developing personalised outreach strategies to connect with the target persona and turn prospects into a sales pipeline.
Reporting to Bojana, our Head of SDR you'll join our growing team of 4 SDR's. This is a hybrid position with weekly presence required in our Paris office.
What you'll do:
Outbound
To achieve your goals, you'll organize your days to call prospects with a methodical approach. You'll work with our marketing team to define strategic accounts to target and to build action plans to best achieve your goals.
Inbound
You'll also qualify inbound leads and contact potential customers through cold calling, email and LinkedIn. Throughout your conversations, you will detect customer pain points, understand their context and demonstrate how we can help them. You will evangelise and showcase Trustpair's value proposition.
Within one month:
You will complete your onboarding and begin your journey as an SDR.You will master the methodology for engaging with, and qualifying prospects.You will start qualifying leads and booking your first opportunities.
Within 2 months:
You will fully master our tools and move on to the outbound call phase.You will start addressing our target prospect lists.You will book more qualified opportunities on priority accounts.
Within 4 months:
You will be fully familiar with your territory plan and reach 100% of your monthly targets.You will know your personas and the specifics of your market and sales territory.
Within 6 months
You are able to organise your work independently. You know how to monitor your performance and iterate with transversal teams when necessary.

At least 1 year of experience in a SDR/BDR or sales role, in the B2B space
