About the role
Trustpair is searching for a Talent Acquisition Intern or Apprentice to join our growing People Team! As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you’ll play a key role in supporting Aicha, our Talent Acquisition Manager in scaling Trustpair on a global level. You'll assist her in identifying, engaging, and attracting the best talent, providing you with hands-on experience in recruiting for a scaling B2B SaaS company.
Our Talent Acquisition team support all departments and offices in their growth. We have huge impact on the business through hiring the right profiles at the right time. As such, this role will provide you with an exciting opportunity work on a number of interesting roles such as Internships & Apprenticeships and other talent acquisition related activity!
This role is open to candidates searching for an end of study internship (6 months) or apprenticeship (12-24 months). Candidates must be based in Paris.
What you'll do:
Collaborate with our Talent Acquisition Manager to understand hiring needs across teams (Revenue, Tech, Product, etc)
Review and screen candidates via our ATS, LinkedIn, job boards and other channels
Manage selected job postings across dedicated platforms to ensure a strong employer brand presence (across Europe & the US)
Conduct initial candidate outreach and phone screenings
Help coordinate interviews and candidate communication to ensure a positive candidate experience
Assist in improving recruitment processes where required - share your feedback & ideas!
Support our employer branding efforts (content, social media, partnerships)
And last but not least - use a data-driven approach when tracking your talent acquisition performance. You'll contribute to reporting and KPIs which can highlight market intelligence & drive strategic improvements!

You're currently completing a Master’s degree (HR, Business, or related field)
You already have 1 prior experience in talent acquisition or an HR related role
Passionate about recruitment and building great teams, you're comfortable collaborating with different stakeholders effectively
Fluency in English, any other languages are a plus
You're organized, detail-oriented, and proactive
You use data to make informed decisions and understand the importance of analysis
Familiar with LinkedIn, and ideally ATS tools like Teamtailor
You're a team player with a growth mindset and a positive attitude
