We are rapidly growing and expanding our team to support the strategic deployment of our innovative solution dedicated to Asset Managers and Asset Owners.
You’ll join WeeFin in the Operations unit as the first Project Manager in the UK office, a fast-growing unit based in the City of London, and work closely with the teams from the Paris office. You will play a key role in guiding our partners throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring rigorous follow-up and facilitating communication between stakeholders.

Optimising project management processes to enhance performance and customer satisfaction
Key Challenges of the Role
As Implementation Project Manager, you will play a key role in organising and structuring customer projects. Your main challenges will include
Project planning and monitoring: structuring milestones, identifying risks and ensuring the smooth execution of implementation projects.
Customer interface: Maintaining a direct and constant link with customers as their main point of contact. Anticipating their needs, guaranteeing their satisfaction and, if necessary, challenging their requests by questioning certain processes, deadlines or priorities in order to optimise project efficiency.
Process optimisation: proposing continuous improvements to streamline workflows and increase productivity.
Strategic perspective and coordination: Playing a key role as a messenger between the customer's operational issues and internal strategic decisions.
Anticipating implementation challenges, identifying risks and providing a clear vision to guide the decisions of the Head of CSM and the COO.
Your Main Stakeholders
Internally: Work closely with CS teams (Care, Onboarding, Quant), as well as Product and Implementation teams to ensure seamless execution.
Externally: Maintain regular and tailored communication with a wide range of client stakeholders, including PMOs, technical teams, data teams, and providers.
Main Responsibilities
As an Implementation Project Manager, you will be instrumental in structuring and organising client projects. Your main challenges will include:
1. Project Planning & Execution
Define project milestones, identify risks, and ensure smooth implementation.
Coordinate all project phases (kick-off, planning, execution, monitoring).
Track project progress, anticipate roadblocks, and implement corrective actions.
2. Client Interface & Relationship Management
Serve as the main point of contact for clients throughout implementation.
Maintain regular and transparent communication to ensure smooth execution.
Anticipate client needs, ensure satisfaction, and challenge requests when necessary (e.g., process adjustments, timelines) to optimise project efficiency.
3. Internal Coordination
Work closely with the Solution Implementation, Product, and R&D teams.
Collaborate with colleagues to ensure seamless client transitions.
Lead project meetings and disseminate key information to relevant stakeholders.
Develop processes and tools to enhance team productivity and collaboration.
4. Process Optimisation & Strategic Oversight
Act as a key link between operational client challenges and internal strategic decisions.
Anticipate implementation hurdles, identify risks, and provide a clear vision to support decision-making for the Head of Solution Implementation and COO.
Drive continuous improvements in project workflows to boost efficiency.
5. Quality Assurance & Documentation
Ensure deliverables meet established quality standards.
Document processes and maintain project plans.
Contribute to the continuous improvement of implementation methodologies.
Analyse project performance indicators (KPIs) and present reports to internal and external stakeholders (Project Committee meetings, Strategic Committee meetings, etc.).
