As part of our international expansion, we are launching a new subsidiary in London and are looking for a Technical Solutions Engineer to join us through the V.I.E (Volontariat International en Entreprise) programme.
Position Overview: As a Technical Solutions Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the successful implementation and ongoing satisfaction of our platform for our clients. You will serve as both a technical expert and a commercial ambassador, working closely with clients to understand their needs, provide tailored solutions, and ensure they derive maximum value from our platform. Your role will also involve identifying upsell opportunities and presenting new features to clients, contributing directly to the business development strategy. Additionally, you will be responsible for developing tactical solutions and algorithms to meet specific client demands, bridging the gap between technical development and business needs.
Key Responsibilities:
Product Demonstrations & Presentations: Act as a product ambassador by showcasing the platform's capabilities to clients and prospects, translating technical functionalities into business benefits.
Tactical Solution Development: Design and implement algorithms or tactical tools tailored to clients' needs, ensuring that the platform meets specific financial or operational requirements.
Client Onboarding: Lead the implementation of our platform for new clients, customizing the solution to meet their specific requirements and ensuring a seamless integration process.
Client Training: Conduct training sessions and workshops to educate clients on the effective use of our platform, empowering them to utilize it to its fullest potential.
Upsell & Business Development: Proactively identify opportunities to expand usage of our solution within existing accounts. Present new features and additional services to clients, demonstrating their added value to encourage upsells.
Feedback Loop: Gather client feedback on our solution, identify areas for improvement, and work closely with our product and development teams to enhance the user experience.
Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, acting as their advocate within WeeFin and ensuring their long-term satisfaction and success with our solution.
